One of the advantages of my line of work is I get to surf the net and read about all sorts o fitness protocols and observe their effect upon my different clients.
You tend to come to Bodycomp with a diverse group of goals and also starting fitness levels. Some are healthy and want to increase muscle mass. Others want to slowly reduce body fat in a way that will provide lasting results. Some enjoy high intensity exercise in a group format while others prefer to do body weight exercises and walking in the comfort of their own neighborhood.
The good news is that these are all beneficial behaviors. The key is to make them a permanent part of your routine, rather than jumping in too fast and not being to keep up to your commitments.
